Refund Policy

**Please note that ALL returns & cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee.** 

  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Do to health reasons, we can not accept returns from smoking homes. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please message us through our social media platforms @TeddyTailsClothCo or through If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first submitting a request will not be accepted.

All order cancelations will be charged a 20% restocking fee. this inlcudes pre orders, custom orders, and in stock orders. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee & cost of shipping for orders which qualified for free shipping upon placement. We do not have the ability to refund in any way except to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact that card's issuing bank to see what can be done. Please remember it can take some time for our and your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.


Damages and issues / Product Warranty
All of our physical items come with a 30-day warranty, meaning that we guarantee our products for up to 30 days from the time of receipt (determined from the "delivered" date on the tracking number). Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items to be found defective or damaged after laundering or wear will be at the sole discretion of Teddy Tails Cloth Co. If a brand new item is damaged, something is missing, or is otherwise defective, Teddy Tails will pay to ship the item back to our shop, and a replacement, store credit, or refund will be issued at the discretion of the company. 


Undamaged Item Returns
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that original shipping cost will be deducted from refund on returns who qualified for free shipment upon placement.
If you would simply like to return an item within the 30 day timeline, please do so by contacting us through our social medias @TeddyTailsClothCo, or through email at We can only accept unused and unprepped items from non smoking homes as non-warranty returns. If your return is accepted, you may return the item(s), along with a note of the return and the order number, to 1756 State Route 41A Moravia, NY 13118. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the returner. Once we receive the unused and still packaged items, we will evaluate them and issue a refund to you as soon as possible. 
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as our wipe bits), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (Bum & Beyond Baby Balm). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We do not accept returns on items from smoking homes. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Gift Cards/Discounts/Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Additionally, we cannot guarantee reimbursement from non-working discount codes.
For non-defective or unfulfilled items that you would like to exchange, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
