Shipping policy

**PLEASE NOTE: Orders combining different preorders and/or preorders mixed with in stock merchandise WILL NOT SHIP until ALL PRODUCTS have arrived**

Current TAT (excludes weekends & holidays)
3-5 business days for regular in stock (unless otherwise noted in website header)
7-10 business days for all orders following drops & sales 
Email notification will be sent when your order has shipped. 

 

*This does not apply to preorders (which have a TAT of 2-3 months) and/or situations outside of our control such as natural disasters and handler delays.

 

Returned To Sender

 Labels are printed with address customer inputs at order, therefore, if a package is returned to Teddy Tails due to incorrect address, it is the financial responsibility of the customer to cover all costs of re-shipping.
If customer declines to pay shipping fee, the order will be cancelled & a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, minus a 20% cancellation fee & cost of shipping (if applicable).
 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

**Please note that carrier shipping time (ie. 2 days, 3 days) is specific to when the package is in their possession and does not factor in our shop TAT**

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders totaling over $100

 

Local delivery

Free local meet up is available for customers in the immediate area. To use this option please contact us via social media or email teddytailsclothco@gmail.com to arrange a time and location within the immediate area. This does not guarantee that you will receive your order faster than regular shipping methods.
After contact via Email, we will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Teddy Tails is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at teddytailsclothco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please reach out as soon as possible via social media @TeddyTailsClothCo or email us at teddytailsclothco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
